Music on hold fom CD to Meridian

Hello, I have to hook up a discman to play music when our callers are on hold... where do I start?
I have a Nortel Norstar-Plus modular ICS NT7B53.


Was wondering about using cat5e cable to hook this up to a CD Discman? What cables in cat5e would I use(if possible) and is there anything else I should know as I have never done this before.
