Music on hold external jack not working

I have a bcm with 3.7 that the moh from an external player does not work. All setting are right and bcm amp plays just fine, any ideas?

Couple things:

1. I'm assuming you verified with a test set that you hear music on the jack you're connecting to the system?
2. Music source is set to "audio jack" and not BCM amp?

If the above two are correct, then it's probably the connector on the MSC card. I've only run into that once a couple years back.

Yes I have the correct setting and have music playing on the mini rca jack.

Then you need to replace the MSC card.
