Music-on-hold download to IP phones

I'm trying to download MOH to my Dterm IP phones. I have all the instructions I need, but missing one element: per the instructions, you need to convert the music into an .mdf format, whcih is the only format the IP phone will take. For the life of me, I couldn't find an audio converter application that knows that format (and converts into it).

Anybody has any suggestions?
