Music on Hold does not play from the start 1

Hi,

I have setup a Wav file in IP Office for Music on hold. But, it always starts from the middle or somewhere in between rather that starting from the beginning.

Can you help me please?

It's normal, it loops as a call can be put on hold at any time, if it restarted for every call it would sound a bit odd for anyone already holding.
Server edition has a dedicated channel for each call so it can work this way :)
