Is it possible on the BCM 200 to have wo sources of music?
I would like to have our on hold to be our on-hold marketing info, yet when users actiavte feature 86 on their handset that would be a different source such as a radio or IP music.

Is this possible?

Thanks in advance.

There are devices out there available that can do this, but they are outside your system. Here's a link:

The AS801 would be what you would need. Not very inexpensive.

This require that you have analog trunks, no way to do it that I'm aware of with T-1/PRI.

Thing I'm not sure of is this: if you enable MOH on your system so you can do a feature 86 and listen to another source, will the source connected to the BCM be mixed in with the source connected to the trunks? Maybe someone else out here knows the answer to that one.

I'd probably let my users put a radio on their desks and save the time and expense....

No, there's only one source of music for the BCM. I've seen other systems such as the Cisco Call Manager allow multiple music sources, but in the BCM there is only one setting to control the music source.
