Music on Hold automatically disappear ( Option 61C)

Dear Specialists,

I have a problem with Music on Hold. There's no sound when the call is hold. I am using external source disc player. Previously it's working properly. I do not change any config within these day.

I hear the sound when I listen on music TN no ( 20 0 1 7 ) with headphone .... I means music player is working . I already changed
with another card ( NT 8D 14BB), but still no sound.
Route no of music is 40.

have you put the music route in your route data blocks?

It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you.

I checked the route data blocks.

I have route 0,1,9,11,12,13,14,15,16,31,32,40

The config of route no 0,1,9,31,32 are as follows
TKTP COT
.
.

MUS Yes
MRT 40

And route No 11,12,13 are TKTP AWR and MUS NO ,

15, 16 are TKTP RAN and MUS NO

40 is TKTP MUS and MUS NO.

What else should I need to check?

I would try DISC and ENLC to reset card. Then i would try reseat the card, but since you replaced the card already, I would suggest maybe just to DISC it. Once you can dial the ACOD for the route and hear the music, it should be sweet...

I had the same problem, turns out there are some buttons on the attendant that will turn of the music on hold. Goodluck.

Did you program a conference loop on the LD14 trunk programing?. If this is a multiple group switch, I think you have to put a conference loop from each group
