Good day everyone,
we have a problem regarding Music On Hold on our Cisco Unified Call Manager (Version 6.1.4.2000-2). No matter if internal or external call, we recieve silence when put on hold once in every 2 calls. The Music on Hold starts to Play for 1 second (maybe less) and then stops. The calling party recieves nothing but silence. We made sure that the Music on Hold Audio source is present on both of our Call Managers. Still same error. As said, this only happens once in every two calls. We already searched through Ciscos technical documents and this Forum, but weren't able to find anyone having the same problem like us.
