Music compression

I want to add music to my site.
I have made a song which is about 4 minutes long.In what format should i add this song to my movie so that it doesn't take a really big size?
I have it as .wav and when i add it to my movie it has 15 megabytes!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!
How should i do this?

two ways..either stream it in (that file is way to big to put inside a movie on the web and expect it to download),or you should cut it up into a smaller loop..then place it in your movie..

no time to explain right now i'm off to work..all you have to do is place the trac in it's own movie..set it to stream in the sound pallet..and set the bufftime to something like 10 in the main timeline actions on the first frame..then from your main movie you will have a button that loads your sound trac into your main movie into level 2 or something..this will stream your trac and buff 10 seconds at a time allowing it to play without being fully loaded..

i'm sure someone here today will get you on your way, if not i will when i get in from work..

So i have to made a sepparate movie and load it in the main mc.
