MUPVN ica citrix client help

i'm trying to use ica client for access to my network through a watchguard700 firewall and using their muvpn vpn client installed on laptops-also i am running xp fr2 on w2k sp 2 with Q301337 h/f installed ... the vpn is open and i can ping my internal dns server and nslookup my citrix servers but cannot acces anything via ica client either apps or server session- please help am quite new to remote access and very stuck-
