We are an ecommerce company that hosts our own websites. We have a T1 and a DSL line. All traffic comes in through the T1 and gets routed to the appropriate place. Our biggest source of downtime is when our T1 goes down. What would it take hardware or setupwise to enable redundancy so that when the T1 goes down, we can still stay up via the DSL line? Any other thoughts or ideas would be appreciated.

Thanks.

yes and no.

You could google 'dual wan router' and find routers that can offer youredundat access to the internet.

What they will NOT do is offer the internet redundant access to you. Your 'services' will be unavailable, but you will have internet access.

I tried to remain child-like, all I acheived was childish.
