I have a table with a multivalue field. The multivalue field appears in the table, in queries, and in forms, and in subforms.

Problem: When I imbed the subform to a form (subform is linked to form on my parent-child field) all fields appear with the exception of the multivalue field. I need to use the form for data entry.

Question: Is there something I am missing in getting the multivalue field to display on the imbedded subform?

Is there an alternative? Perhaps a popup, or tab to anothe form specifically to data entry?

Thank you.

Hi Aceman. Thanks for attempting to answer the question.

My multivalue field shows on the subform. But, when the subform is embedded into the master form, all fields appear except the multivalue field.

Field name is sections, data type ish two character text.

Select a textbox in the subform then click the [blue]Field List[/blue] toolbar button on the form design toolbar. Does [bl[ubel]ue]Section[/blue][/blue] appear in the listing? ... you may have resize the list window vertically.

If it exist in the listing, just drag/drop and position the field.

Hmmm. All fields, including section, appear on the subform. On the subform, all fields are set to the same size and are grouped.

All fields are not appearing on the subform as embedded in the master form.

There is a vertical slider on the embedded subform, and I can move the slider to display all fields.

Aceman Rocks! I went back to the subform, and drug the missing field onto the form. Lo and behold!
The missing field appeared on the embedded subform.

Thanks Aceman.
