Multiuser Application Msg "The database is locked"

I have a Access 2K application in 4 PCs, when a user open a form (Datasheet), the application popup 3 or 4 times the message "the user XXX, put the database in a state locked"
"El Usuario xxx , ha puesto la base de datos en un estado de bloqueado, pulse aceptar para continuar"

I configure the locked options (menu tools, options) in many ways, but I have the same results.

Can anyone help me with that, or can explain me the problem or locked, this problem repeats also, can edit or create a new query.
