Hey guys, I've got a situation where I have a SIP provider connected to LAN1 and a Multitech FF240-IP(SIP Line) connected to LAN 2. The call comes in and I see it ringing on the faxfinder, but it never connects. It would appear that the faxfinder and SIP line are all set up properly according to the devconnect document, so I'm wondering if the issue could be something to do with routing between LAN 1 and LAN 2? LAN 1 is 192.168.42.1 and LAN 2 is 172.30.0.199. The faxfinder is 172.30.0.200. In SSA I can't ping LAN 1 from LAN 2 and vice versa, which led me to ask this question. Thanks for any guidance!
