We have recently installed an IVR system in our Meridian network. We load balance incoming calls between the Meridian that hosts the IVR (site a)and one other Meridian (site b). We are using CT Connect and CIM for CTI but cannot get data transfer if the call comes in on site b, goes to IVR then transfers out to an agent on a 3rd site (site c). Supplier originally recommended another CIM for site b but as the call is only passing through it does not write out a call record so this doesn't work. Is it possible to force CIM to ignore the first site and just treat the call as coming into site a direct?
