Hello:
I have limited experience with VBA. I have a form that displays data in datasheet view that I am trying to let the user filter with a multi select listbox. The form runs off a query. The user selects multiple records from the listbox, then clicks a button to open the form to show only the selections. Can anyone help with code for this strategy or suggest a better method.
Thank You.

Add another field to your table (yes/no)
the user can then select the field they want and you can design a query to show only those records with the field set to true (or yes). No VBA involved!

Thanks for your response. So can you please clarify.. The user would check the records in the table, the query that runs the form , or the form.? Also can the selections be cleared quickly after the user is done.
Thanks Again
