Multiselect in form to run query

Hi,
I can't figure out how to have my query read the multiselected list from a form in running the result of my query?

E.g.// I selected three vendors from a list box and I want to see the results in a query of the three vendors.

NOTE: I'm not a programmer and need all the help anyone can provide in this.
