I have a webserver with multiple websites that I would like to migrate from IIS5 to IIS7.
x.x.x.2 SITE A
x.x.x.3 SITE B
x.x.x.4 SITE C
I configured a server with the same settings, copied the web folders, and switched the network cables from the old server to the new one.
I think I have the bindings adjusted correctly for each site. When I go into IIS, right click on the site and choose browse, I am able to browse the site by IP.
When I plug the server into the network, I can't browse by IP from another computer. I have tried disabling the firewall and the server does respond to pings from all ip's. I checked on a command line and IIS is listening to all the IP's, all the sites are started.

Anyone have more experience with Windows 2008 and know what I am forgetting?

I added another nic and assigned the IP of site C to it and it is working.
Looks like IIS will hand out pages only to the primary IP on each nic? New to windows 2008.
