Multiple voicemail accounts with Call Pilot?

Using CallPilot with Outlook, can you access / receive the messages from multiple voice mail accounts? For example: I want to be able to receive the voice mail's as well as my department's main voice mail box through Outlook. What are the limitations on the number of voice mail accounts that can be attached to Call Pilot for Outlook? Thanks

Only one box per instance. If you want to check another box, you need to reconfig the plugin with the credentials from the other mb and restart outlook

Actually, you can add other mailboxes to Outlook besides the main CallPilot Deskop Messaging one. You don't have the full functionality, but the basics work. You could add as many other mailboxes as you want. We do this with our IT Helpdesk voicemail account and even have four people using Outlook accessing the same mailbox.

The trick is to add the secondary account(s) as a IMAP account(s).
