I just moved to Office 2000 with Access 2000. I have a database with SQL programing written to run under Access 2.0 with 16 bit calls. I am happy to install Version 2.0 but I would also like to work in Access 2000. My options appear to be (1) uninstall Access2000 and install 2.0, (2) Install 2.0 in a uniquely named subdirectory (but will it run?) and (3) partition the drive and install 2.0 there.
What are the pro's and con's? What can I expect and what do you recommend?
I run four versions of Access on my PC at work: 2.0, 95, 97, and 2K. I would install 2.0, THEN install 2K, which seems to be sensitive to the fact that you might be running more than one version. Good luck.

The possible problems and specific solutions for multiple versions have been covered several times in this forum. If you page back through and I think you'll be able to recognize them from their titles.
