Multiple Users on the 1 license

Hi People,

Still quite new to MS Access, but is it possible to have multiple users use a form with the 1 MS Access License? I want maybe up to 8 people to be able to use a form at the same time and have the DB update the data

MS Access licence is for the Access application itself (just like Word and all the other Office application). If you have 8 computers with MS Access installed, you would need 8 licenses.

What if I only want them to use a form?

Just to use a form on a PC requires Access to be on that PC. You may be able to go down the road of following the references to Access runtime files, enabling a PC to run an application without Access installed. Maybe someone can correct me if I am wrong.
