Multiple Users of a single fax Mailbox

I'm having difficulty finding any reference to this in the NTPs (imagine THAT!). I have a request for 3+ people to receive the same incoming fax in their e-mail boxes. They do each have the same MADN on their phones that has its own V-mail box. I've tried assigning a fax number to it, and changing each of their desktop v-mail logins to this number. I have met with dismal success so far. Does any one have any suggestions?

Also, I'm having issues with changing the number their e-mail box points to. The "Call Pilot MWI Configuration" is grayed-out. How do I access that part? I have stumbled on it once or twice but did not know what I did to access it. Any hints would be great.
