Multiple users connecting to VPN thru same IP

I've got a site with an Adtran Netvanta 3250 router with Netvanta clients running on multiple laptops. When users are connecting to the VPN, it will only allow one session per connection. Is there any way to setup multiple clients to connect behind the same IP? I read something on a post about Cisco routers that said making sure the NAT on the router allows for multiple connections. The adtran interface looks the same as cisco... Any ideas?
