Is there a way to modify multiple user accounts under "active directory users and computers"?

I would like to be able to select a group of users and then modify certain generic areas of their account (such as address, logon script, home dir etc)

I know that i was able to do this under NT4 user manager for domains so i don't think that Microsoft would have taken a step backwards.....but for the life of me i can't see how to do it under 2000 :(

HELP!

Thanks,
Steve

Unfortunately, M$ didn't provide the functionality to modify multiple accounts simultaneously in ADUC (AD Users and Computers).

I use the Hyena utility ( It's a great resource and provides what M$ left out.

You can also use the LDIFDE import/export utility. It's not GUI-based, so you'll have to manipulate the file after export and then import back into AD.

There may be other ways, but those are the options that I know of.

Good Luck!
