I am trying to setup a mailbox so that another user can access it.
The idea is that we would like to have 2 accounts per user, one roaming and a mandatory account.
But we would just need the one mailbox that both accounts can access.
ANy idea`s on how to do this would be appreciated?

If you are using Outlook as the mail clilent, go to Tools-Options-and select the delegates tab. It will walk you through the rest form there.

or,
set the roaming accounts as primary accounts for the mailbox and add the other account in with full permissions on the properties of the mailbox using exchange administrator.
You will need to go to tools, options, permissions to switch on display perms tab on mailbox properties.

Cheers.
