I have a customer thats moving from an older CM to an IP Office w/ IPOCC
currently he has everything broken down routing thru different vdn's but everything rings in to 1 skill.
My question is can I do a similar set up in the IPOCC, that all of his topics ring into 1 agent group. I tried to set it up in the Configuration excel document but I get an error trying to point more then one topic to a specific agent group.
