Multiple Time Dimensions SQL 2005

Hi ,
I have cube built for analysing help desk calls , I need to be able to access through Proclarity and on the open and close date of each job. How would I manage the separate time dimensions of open and close and be able to measure counts of either or both on any given date or range of dates

That wouldn't be different dimensions, but rather different uses of the same dimension. Look under your Dimension usage tab and you can reuse the same dimension for those columns.

You can add the same dimension to a cube multiple times, as long as you have the proper relationships defined. This is called a "Role Playing Dimension". Be sure to label your dimensions in the dimension usage to clearly define each dimension.
