Multiple text lines in one cell with pop up menu

Hi I'd like to make some of the cells in my pop-up menu have more than one line so I can keep the cell width the same? I tried adjusting the cell width value in the Advanced tab, but it always changes back.

I also tried hitting return and shirt return when I was actually entering the text - it just took me to the next line for entry.
