Multiple targets for outcalling - VMPro 1

I have seen some posts regarding outcalling to a pager for after hours messages in a particular user's voicemail box(such as emergency maintenance calls). Can VMPro be setup to call multiple pagers or cellphones like Partner Messaging can, calling numbers in sequence until someone responds and checks the voicemail?
