I don't think it is possible to answer a TAFAS call on a set, put it on hold and answer another TAFAS call unless that set is programmed as a sub-attendant and you have the initial call in a hold slot.
I am not sure and have a customer asking me if it's possible to answer a TAFAS call on a M/R appearance of the set on a regular set, put it on hold and then pick up another TAFAS call on another M/R appearance of the set. They are getting a busy when they try it. I assume as stated above because the set is not programmed as as sub-attendant.
Can anyone confirm for me?
Thanks,
Jon
