I have a customer with MICS and fiber NAM. The 4 independent companies are using their own tables/CCR and company directories respectively for their lines. Apparantly 2 more companies will be moving into the space. As far as I know the NAM can have only 4 tables assigned to the lines. Is there any Nortel products that can be used or upgrades done to the existing system?? or maybe any suggestions on other voice mails that intergrate well with the MICS? Thanks for any suggestions. Davey

The NAM is all its going to be as far as I know..

You should check out the Call Pilot 150. It will have the CCR and Table variety you need. How many mailboxes are you looking at?

On the NAM you may also use sub tree groupings. May not work for you.

Call Pilot may be added to the NAM and 0x32 system. Use the alternate Fcode series available on the Call Pilot.

Arr,
There is going to be about 40-50 mailboxes or more and 5 or 6 companies that need their own greetings and menus. As far as I know the Call Pilot has only 4 tables just like the NAM. I find it hard to believe that Nortel doesn,t offer more tables to assign to lines. All the companies need there own directories, so assigning mailboxes wouldn't work either. Having two voice mails on the MICS wouldn't work well because the reception would would have to use two feature code ranges to transfer to voicemail. I know that an Amanda voice mail would work but I prefer not going that direction. Any other suggestions would be helpfull. Dave.

Consider DIDs and submenus. Are you north of 48?
