Good morning everyone!

I am running Crystal XI

I am creating a mail merge, and have a need to suppress different sections of the report. However, i have a requirement that would require suppressing a section based on two conditions.

Basically the two conditions are:
{master_.Screen 204 Get upline last name for CC} = " " and {master_.Screen 204 Get IMC last name for CC} = " "

So if the upline name is blank, and if the IMC name is blank then suppress the section.

Is this possible?

You already have the answer. I would just tweak it a little. Use the following in the section suppression formula area:

trim({master_.Screen 204 Get upline last name for CC}) = "" and
trim({master_.Screen 204 Get IMC last name for CC}) = ""

This assumes that you have file->report options->"convert nulls to default" checked.

Sure, just right-click on the section, select Section Expert, open the X-2 box for the Suppress function, and insert your formula as-is.

Sorry, LB, guess we submitted at the same moment.
