Hello all
I'm new in this forum, i've one problem,. I had make an upgrade from hipath v3.0 to hipath v4.0, after that whwn i make a call with a nuber set as MSN the clip of calling is always the number of main station. Have you any ideas to solve this problem.

thanks for all

My translation of what you just wrote into something my brain can comprehend:

"When I place a phone call out the caller-id displayed by the extension is always the number of the main trunk line I'm dialing out on.... "

If my assumption is correct, you need to look on the Basic3 tab, down on the right side where you will see the place where you need to enter the full 10-digit number of your station, you must choose a dial plan type, such as "ISDN" and a number type, such as "National" (in the US).

It is a pain in the butt on the 4000 that the subscriber ID information is not automatically set up and you need to do it manually for each station, and if you don't you get a generic number (usually the SPID for the trunk) on the caller-id.

If that is not what you're asking, sorry. I'm used to MSN and MDN from the cell phone world, but wasn't exactly clear on what you were asking.

Sorry for my english.

I try to expalin my problem again:

i've have one stn number configured by amo SBCSU es 1000. I've other stn configured used Amo SBCSU but in this case, this stn is configured as MSN and have in field MAINO 1000 and in field STN 2000.

If my identity change in stn 2000 and i make an internal call to another extension the number of calling is always 1000 and NOT 2000. Before the upgrade this scenario was ok, but after upgrade, if i make any call with MSN numbers (es. 2000) the calling was wrong. Now i want to say if this problem can be solved or not. Any of you have experienced on this?
