Multiple SubReports Can Grow

I have multiple SubReports within a report, and for the most part I "usually" have one page of data with everything, however sometimes I get alot of info in one or both of the sub reports which then overlap each other, I am sure there is a very simple solution to prevent this, i have tried using the format section and putting new page before and after the subreports but without the results i was thinking :) which is probly the main cause of my trouble to start with
