Is it possible to have multiple SSL certificates in IIS 6? I have an exchange server thats already got one cert for its fqdn which is server.ourdomain.net but i need to add an additional one if possible for another fqdn because we have a remote site thats having problems keeping the VPN tunnel active so when they get to email i cant set RPC over HTTPS to use the fqdn of the exchange thats current now because its trying to find it within the enterprise. I want to point it out of the enterprise with another fqdn so that the clients can still connect to exchange.

Yes you can - you need to add a second IP to the server and create another site in IIS. Set that site to use your new IP and then you can set SSL with a cert just like your first site. Hopefully that makes sense.
