Multiple SQL Servers on one box

I know that multiple instances of MSSQL can be installed on a single server. Are there any problems I need to be aware of in doing this?

Yeah...Install SQL 7 or 6.5 prior 2000.And only one instance for 7 and 6.5,Up to 16 instances can be installed for 2000.
