Is it possible to log an agent into an ACD that is not on site without using VoIP or Remote IP Agent?

Another device that lets you remote sets is the MCK Definity Extender. This device takes a 2-wire set and uses a dial-up phone connection to remote it.

I have successfully used the MCK extenders in the past off an Avaya and it worked well. You can either have an ISDN, or pots extender, depending on how much you pay for these lines and other cost factors such as ld.
