Is there an easy (non-script) way to define a field on a form for multiple choice selections of the data that resides in that field? I use check boxes in Lotus Notes, but Approach won't allow it.

There is no "multiple value" field type in Approach, so you can only select one item from a drop-down list.

If you are doing a "find", you can search for multiple values in the field by putting them into the field in Find Mode with commas between them. Something like abc, bbd, ddd, eee
