Hi
I have never seen this implemented an I am looking for some guidance on how to do it.
I have a table containing 4000 names and addresses. My Company organises activities, say bowling nights, and invites clients to attend. I have an Activity Record and an attendee record. I can link the clients to the activity but it is the selection or picking of the clients is the problem. There could be up to 20 attendees. I can not imagine that the activity leader would want to individually pick each attendee from a dropdown list and then link it. I need something that provides a list of clients ( the clients would probably be reduced from the 4000 using selection by postcode) and the leader can tick or mark the attendees in one go and this is then fed back into the database and the links set.

There must be a logical way of doing this as I am sure it is a common situation.

Regards
Alan
