I hope somebody can answer this question. Say you have records that could have one of 3 different classes assigned to them. Then you want to pull records out according to these classes by the 1st class and a date minus so many days, the 2nd class by that date minus a different no of days and the 3rd class just by the date. This is so you can total those records. Then do it again but the date you pull off of is 7 days out and a 3rd time with a date that is 14 days out. I set a parameter up to be the date I will pull off of for the 1st group. I can get the 1st class by parameter date minus 13 days by adding If statement to formula in report selection. However when I add the next class the report goes blank. How exactly would you pull out the records with so many filters? I hope I made my question clear enough. It is quite complicated at least to me. Thanks for any help. Mfroggie

Perhaps if you provided example data and expected output it will help someone here.

It sounds like your record selection will be something like:

(
{table.class} = 1
and
{table.date} = {?dateparm}-13
)
or
(
{table.class} = 2
and
{table.date} = {?dateparm}-6
)
or
(
{table.class} = 3
and
{table.date} = {?dateparm}
)

but it's hard to be certain.
