I have a paper form I have to translate to a table and Access form.
It has a "check all that apply" question with 5 choices.
How do I program this in the database?
Should I have a field for each choice - q.5a, q.5b, q.5c, q.5d, q.5e ?
Or I could use a value list on the form for one filed, but then how would multiple choices be stored in one field?
