We have just installed Exchange 5.5 and would like to resolve a problem that has been festering for some time.

Back in 1997, we purchased 3 domain names to represent our business structure. Each domain came as part of a package which included a POP3 account and e-mail forwarding.

At the time, we gave each company a 'sales' e-mail prefix and forwarded all relevant mail to a manager's dial-up account. For example, each company had 'sales@companyname.com'.

Here comes the problem...

Is is it possible in Exchange to collect all our 'sales' e-mails and redirect them to the three seperate companies? If not, is it possible to allow all 'sales' e-mails to be copied to each of the manager's Outlook mailboxes. i.e. all manager's get a copy of each e-mail for each company.

We only have one Exchange server which serves all the companies.

In hindsight, I would have given each company a completely different prefix which would have averted this posting!

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

You could have all the emails redirected to a group which contains the managers emails?

What you could do is contact your ISP and get them to change the redirection of the sales accounts. so sales@companya.com now goes to Bob and sales@companyb.com goes to Suzy :)...

Cheers,
Gavin
