Multiple Relay Hosts for Outbound Messages

NW: 5.1 SBS

We have a domain entry in the GWIA SMTP/MIME setting for "Relay Host for Outbound Messages". Am I able to add a secondary domain to this? If so, what is the delimiter?

Would

domain1.com; domain2.com

work?
