Multiple Recurring Btahces

We use GL Recurring batches for many transactions and would like to have multiple batches created at the same time. What we currentl;y do now is we email or ask other users if they are running a recurring batch before creating their batch. The reason why we do this is because the batch will populate the open recurring batch by adding another entry to the batch. We would prefer to have each recurring batch as its own separate batch so that all users can be doing their recurring entries at the same time and not wait until one user has finished and posted the recurring batch. Is their any suggerstions on how to do this. We are using ACCPAC 5.4 for all modules in SQL. Thank you.

Set the GL batch status to ready to post, that way no new recurring entries will be added to it.
