Hello I'm somewhat of a newbie with Access, I've taken a one-day class in it, and fiddled with it here and there, so this might be a dumb question. I'm trying to create a report to print off and use as a checklist. The report only needs to pull two fields from every record, so to save paper and the hassle of thumbing through several pages while checking things off I want to condense it. Is there any way to print several records on one line? i.e.

Computer1 User1 Computer4 User4 Computer7 User7
Computer2 User2 Computer5 User5 Computer8 User8
Computer3 User3 Computer6 User6 Computer9 User9

Any would be appreciated.
Thank You
