Multiple records on mail-merge

I'm trying to produce a mail-merge report using a microsoft access query that has 3 records per page. There are over a 100 records in the query. I'm using the next record Word field to get the next record in the query. Unfortunately, I can get all the records in the query but the records only show on one page (records 1-3, 2-4, etc.). Each time I click on the next record arrow it shows the next record on the same page. How can I get it to show records 4-6, 7-9 and so on in new pages?
