Hello

I am trying to display some information on a form, basically I have several customers, all who come underneath one main organization.

I want to have on the form the main organization on say the left of the screen. With a listing down the right hand side of the form of all customers that are underneath that organization. The data is coming from 1 table which holds all of the information. But I do have a seperate table which lists all of the main organizations (name only)

Hope someone can help, thanks

Hi,
It sounds like you need a subform on the right side of your screen. Build the master form for the main organization. Design it so that space is available on the right hand side for a subform, which is based on the customers for that main organization. You should set your subform to a datasheet view, which will allow the display of multiple records. Next, you will be able to link these two forms together in the Data tab on the subform, with the Link Child Fields, and the Link Master Fields properties. HTH, [pc2]

Hey Randy, thanks for the reply! I figured it out myself though, set it up almost exactly as you described.

Thanks again for the reply though :)
