I am trying to create a report in Access that uses multiple queries to show data. I have tried consolidating all the multiple queries into one, but my data gets messed up. Is there a way to use multiple record sources on a report without creating a subreport? Thanks!

Hi

If you really cannot produce a single query, you can use DLookup() (ugh!) or open a recordset based on one of your other queries, in code within your report, and use values to populate controls in your report.

If all the queries are similar, perhaps you could drive the report with a union query.

you could also use sub-reports and link themto you main report
