Multiple record selection on continuos form 1

Does anyone know how I can do I mutiple record selection and pass the details of records selected from a contiuous form without having to use checkboxes? I want the user to be able to select multiple records and do a specific function to these without having to do it individually etc.

I would be interested in knowing how others have delt with similar situations.

Urgent help appreciated.

That is perfect except 1 problem... My form is recordsource is on a sub form and when i click out of it the selection is lost! Do you know how I can edit this code to keep the selection when I click on the main form.

Ideally i want to be able to select multiple records and then allow the user to be able to click on a button to have some further options on what to do to the selection...

Hope this makes the purpose in what I am trying to do more clear.

do you know how I can make use of the selHeight and selTop commands to set the view of my contiuous form back to how it was after requerying the sub form?

Can you explain a little more? Do you wish to return to the record that was selected before the requery or had you something else in mind?

Yes i want to return to the record that was selected before the requery and also in the same place as it was... for example if the 3rd record from the top was selected (and that record is for example ID 14) then I want to ensure that it is the 3rd record from the top is (ID 13) and that it is selected, after the requery. hope you understand what i mean.
