Multiple Record Query Edit

So I have a Parts List Table that is populated and grouped by part orders and their distinctive vendors. What I want to do is have the purchaser have the ability to add an extra item number associated with that part number. The thing is I need it to add it to multiple entries... or I would be happy if it could just add that item number to the greatest priced item. So ive run a select query to group the part number together, but it wont let me edit them. Im missing something arent I?

Your table structure does not sound normalized. Could you post your table and field structure?
