What am I missing? I want my report to display most recent date for all maint. functions for one vehicle. My queries isolate the most recent date and mileage from specific vehicles for various maintenance. I have separate tables for oil change, lube, tires, etc. There is a query for each table. When I try to bring the query results into a report, access says it can't relate, regardless whether I tie the relationship to "vehicle number" or not. Thanks.

Try taking all of those querys and making one union query. I had sort of the same problem. If you need a sample email me rusty@usms.com
